You booked your Explora cruise, signed in to your profile, and expected to see your journey waiting there. Instead, nothing appears. That can feel stressful, especially if you are trying to review travel details, manage preferences, or confirm that everything is in place before departure.

The good news is that this issue is often tied to a simple mismatch between the booking details and the information in your Explora Profile. This guide walks through how to check the most common causes, when to ask your travel advisor for help, and when to contact Explora directly for troubleshooting.

A missing trip can often be traced to a detail that does not match.

Step 1. Check that the booking and profile use the same email address

Start with the email address. This is one of the most common reasons a confirmed booking does not appear in a profile.

Your Explora booking must reflect the same email address used for your Explora Profile. Even a small difference can keep the system from linking the journey to your account.

Check for:

  • A personal email on the booking but a different email in the profile

  • A typo in the email address

  • An old email address used by mistake

  • A travel advisor’s email entered instead of your own

  • A work email used for one record and a personal email used for the other

If the email addresses do not match, the booking may exist and still not show in your profile. The system needs matching information to connect the reservation to the right account.

Step 2. Compare your name exactly as it appears

Next, compare the name on your booking with the name in your Explora Profile. The details should match as closely as possible.

Look at:

  • First name

  • Middle name or initial

  • Last name

  • Spelling

  • Use of hyphens or spaces

  • Suffixes, if listed

For example, a booking under “Robert J. Smith” may not connect smoothly with a profile under “Bob Smith.” The same can happen with hyphenated names, accented characters, or names entered in a different order.

Use the name shown on your official travel documents whenever possible. Consistency helps avoid both profile issues and travel document issues later.

Step 3. Verify your date of birth

Your date of birth is another key field. If the date of birth in your Explora Profile differs from the date on the booking, the journey may not appear.

Check the full date, including:

  • Month

  • Day

  • Year

For US travelers, dates are often entered in MM/DD/YYYY format. If you booked through a travel advisor or entered information in another system, make sure the month and day were not reversed.

A date like 04/07/1975 can mean April 7 in the US format. In other formats, it may be read as July 4. That kind of mismatch can stop the booking from connecting to the profile.

Step 4. Review the booking confirmation you received

Open the booking confirmation from Explora or from your travel advisor. Compare it side by side with your profile details.

Focus on the core information:

Detail to check

What to confirm

Email address

It matches your Explora Profile email

Name

Spelling and order match your profile

Date of birth

Month, day, and year are correct

Booking status

The reservation is confirmed

Guest details

Each guest is listed correctly

If you are traveling with another guest, make sure you are checking the right profile. A booking may appear under the primary guest or under the person whose information was used during booking, depending on how the reservation was created.

Step 5. Sign out and sign back in

After checking your details, sign out of your Explora Profile. Then sign back in using the email address tied to your booking.

This sounds simple, but it helps rule out common account issues, such as being logged into an older profile or a different email account.

Before signing back in, you can also try:

  • Closing the browser or app

  • Clearing stored browser data for the site

  • Using a private or incognito browser window

  • Trying another browser

  • Checking from another device

If the journey appears after signing in with a different email address, that is a strong sign that your booking was connected to another profile.

Step 6. Ask your travel advisor to compare the details

If you booked through a travel advisor, they can be a valuable first point of contact. Your advisor can help compare the booking information against the details in your Explora Profile.

Ask your travel advisor to review:

  • The email address attached to the booking

  • The guest name exactly as entered

  • The date of birth

  • Any secondary guest information

  • Whether the reservation is fully confirmed

Your advisor may be able to spot a small mismatch quickly. They can also guide you through what needs to be corrected and help confirm which details Explora has on file.

Step 7. Contact Explora if the booking still does not appear

If your details match and the journey still does not show, contact Explora directly at +1 833 925 1567.

One of Explora’s Ambassadors can guide you through the login process and help troubleshoot the issue. They may ask you to confirm details such as your name, email address, date of birth, and booking reference.

Before you call, have these items ready:

  • Your booking confirmation

  • The email address used for your Explora Profile

  • Your full legal name as booked

  • Your date of birth

  • The device and browser you are using

  • A brief description of what happens when you log in

For example, be ready to explain whether the profile opens but shows no journey, whether you receive an error message, or whether you cannot log in at all. These details help the Ambassador narrow down the cause.

Step 8. Let Explora escalate the issue if needed

If the issue cannot be resolved during the call, Explora can escalate the matter to its IT Team for further investigation and support.

That does not mean your booking is lost. It usually means the support team needs a deeper review of how the booking is connecting, or not connecting, with your profile.

While waiting for a resolution, keep your booking confirmation handy. Your confirmation remains the key record of your reservation, even if the journey is not yet visible in your online profile.

Explora understands how frustrating account access issues can be and appreciates your patience while the team works toward a resolution.

What success looks like

Once the issue is resolved, your Explora journey should appear in your profile when you sign in with the correct account. You should be able to see your cruise details and continue with any available planning steps tied to your reservation.

The fastest path to fixing the issue

Start by checking that your booking and Explora Profile share the same email address, name, and date of birth. If anything looks different, work with your travel advisor to compare and correct the information.

If everything matches and your Explora cruise booking still does not show in your profile, call +1 833 925 1567. An Explora Ambassador can help you through the login process, troubleshoot the problem, and escalate it to the IT Team if needed.
